Set your password

The first step of gaining access to PLC systems is to set your account password. As this password allows access to permissions in the school systems we strongly advise you to avoid using a shared password. There is a requirement for your password to meet an OK grade at a minimum, this will be indicated on the screen by a coloured bar as you enter your password.


Once your account is created you will need set a password. The email will contain a link to this page and your username in bold. Your username is normally your firstnamelastname (for example, Jane Smith would be janesmith). Take note of your username from this email, you will need it in the following steps.

If you are experiencing a repeated password reset loop we suggest trying a different browser (Safari instead of Chrome for example) or a different device.

We strongly advise setting your password in a browser via the CONNECT website and not in the PLC App. Once the password is set you can sign into the App.
